Regarding the above incident, Dong Da District Police (Hanoi) prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused, and detained four subjects, Tran Thi Xuan Huyen (born 1968), Nguyen Thi Kim Xuan (born 1977). , Nguyen Thi Duyen (born 1978) and Do Van Duong (born 1958), residing in Hanoi for the crime of “Property Appropriation”. The victim is Ms. LBL (born 1961, residing in Dong Da district).

Previously, according to initial information, in January 2024, Ms. L. borrowed 250 million VND from Huyen. About 1 month later, the woman continued to borrow another 2 billion 750 million VND and agreed to profit 10 million VND/day.

The two parties wrote a deposit paper to sell the house of 3 billion VND within 1 month, witnessed by subjects Xuan and Duyen. Not long after that, Ms. L. continued to borrow another 180 million VND, bringing the total amount to more than 3 billion VND.

After Mrs. L. paid 100 million VND, she was no longer able to pay interest, so Huyen and the others went to meet this woman to ask for money. Being denied the loan, the group of subjects cursed and threatened Ms. L. to pay.

After that, Huyen wrote an authorization letter for Do Van Duong to collect the debt. Duong and four other people parked their three-wheeled “wounded soldiers” in front of Mrs. L.’s house to put pressure on her. At its peak, this group of “wounded soldiers” even sat on the first floor of Mrs. L.’s house eating and drinking… Unable to stand the pressure, Mrs. L. reported to the police.

Working with the police, Ms. L. said that she did not borrow the amount of 3 billion VND from Huyen, but together with Huyen, Xuan, and Duyen received the lottery numbers and lottery numbers.
