In the men’s doubles, the Corporal Juri Gatt/Corporal Riccardo Schöpf team were crowned world champions and won the bronze medal in the sprint competition.

The newly formed duo with platoon leader Thomas Steu and platoon leader Wolfgang Kindl rewarded themselves with two runner-up world championship titles.
Private Selina Egle and Private Lara Michaela Kipp caused great celebration with the gold medal for the women.
