Adnan Chowdhury is the son of noble family of Faujdarhat area of Sitakunda Upazila of Chittagong. Passed HSC from Cantonment College and went to London for higher education. After completing LLB there, he came to the country and joined a private organization. Along with doing MBA. In 2019, the only son Jairis Izhan Chowdhury sat down and begged for goats during Eid al-Adha in 2019. He brought two goats to meet the needs of the only child. Incidentally the goats were not sacrificed! After a few days, a goat gives birth. Father-son love is created for kids and goats. At one stage, he started buying foreign goats of different breeds. Goat farm started in full swing. He named the farm ‘Unique Goat Farm’.
The son of a noble family and after passing LLB from London came to the country and the goat business was not seen well by family members, locals and friends. But Adnan Chowdhury is a young man who does not give up. His idea is that if you stick to something with determination, you can benefit. He also gave his proof to the locals. No task is small, Adnan Chowdhury has proved it with examples. His success has created a great stir in the area. And behind this success he never took help from anyone.
Google-YouTube has taken help in the welfare of technology. One day in 2022 took the family to a resort in Gazipur. There he saw Dumba farming in a farm. Hearing the success story of Dumba farming from the owner of that resort, he became interested in Dumba farming as well as goats. He bought a few Dumbas from there. Dumbas are mainly of Turkish, Arabian and Persian breeds. This is how he gradually built a huge farm. Most of the goats in the farm are foreign breeds.

Currently, he has more than 100 foreign goats and 70 dumbas in his farm. There are different breeds of sheep. Also trying to breed foreign chickens. Already collected more than half a hundred foreign chickens. The price of each chicken is 15 to 20 thousand taka. Goats on his farm include Boer (Africa), Kalahari (Africa), Barbary (India) and Kashmir (Kashmir). Cross sheep include Dorper (South Africa), local sheep include Dumba, Harley Rani (Persian), Awasi Dumba. Chickens include Sableput, Pencil, Satin, Cold, Cochin, Cocoa, Cochin, Silky, Brahma, Cerama, Sebright, Sultan, Yokohama and Polish Cap.
Adnan has so far spent around 40 lakhs to build this farm. At present his capital stands at one and a half crore rupees. 16 laborers work daily in his farm. He said that like every year, this year too, Eid-ul-Azha is getting huge response.
Each foreign goat of the farm is sold for 50 thousand to 1 lakh taka and Dumba is sold for 1.5 lakh to 1 lakh 75 thousand taka. He controls the workers as well as the entire firm through an app. For the past few days many people have come to his farm to buy Dumba.
Adnan Chowdhury said, no work in the world is small. If the morale is right you will surely succeed one day. When I was building this firm, many friends and family members said different things. But I didn’t listen to anyone. In London I have seen that no man takes any task lightly. But it is different in our country. Which I don’t like at all. Buyers are flocking to my farm every day on the occasion of Qurbani. Already sold some dumbas, sheep and goats.
