The announcement came when the Montargis Prosecutor’s Office made it official that a doctor was contacted to assess Alain Delon’s state of health following requests for judicial protection made by the 88-year-old actor’s lawyers.
“The public prosecutor confirms that he received, on 10 January 2024, two separate emails from the lawyers of Anthony and Alain Delon indicating the urgency of placing the latter under legal guardianship for health reasons (…) An authorized doctor was contacted by the Montargi public prosecutor to assess Alain Delon’s situation“, specifies the press release from Montargis’ prosecutor, Jean-Cédric Gaux, reported by AFP. “A qualified doctor was contacted by the Montargis Prosecutor’s Office to assess Alain Delon’s situation“, he adds, assuring that this procedure will not be subject to“No further communication“.
Anouchka Delon and her lawyer, a separation to “calm the debates”
The lawyer asks for peace regarding this affair which has caused a lot of ink to circulate, Anthony and Alain-Fabien Delon speak to the media (Paris match, BFMTV, CnEWS…) but also on their social networks, just like their sister Anouchka who was invited to the set of the 8pm news on TF1 last Sunday. “I invite everyone to calm down.
