News from Angola – After the 2-5 defeat, on Thursday, against hosts Morocco, the senior men’s national futsal team faces, on Saturday, in Rabat, Zambia, for the 2nd round of Group A of CAN’2024, taking place at the Prince Moulay Abdallah pavilion.
In the defeat against the Moroccans, the national team’s goals were scored by Hélber, in the eighth minute and Anderson (38′), while for the hosts Fenni scored, in the 11th minute, Elayyane (22′) and Charraoui (26.34 and 35′).
Still in the other Group A match, Zambia beat Ghana, also 5-2.
For group B, Egypt-Libya (6 pm) and Namibia-Mauritania, at 9 pm, play this Friday.
The Morocco team is the holder of the trophy.
