According to the girl’s uncle, who prefers not to be identified, he was working when he received a phone call from a relative informing him of the death.
“My cousin works in Samu and he was the one who answered the call. On the phone he said that they had tried resuscitation several times, but that they had not managed to revive her,” he says.

The man told the police that he “smelled loló” with Ana Luiza and, subsequently, that she had “passed out” when he decided to put her on the street.
The two apparently met on the Bairro Nazaré football field, when the man invited the girl to go to his house.
Dispute
Rafaela Rossi, psychologist and technical reference at the Reference Center for Childhood and Youth Mental Health (Cersami) monitored Ana Luiza.
“She arrived at Cersami in 2023. She was a docile, friendly, affectionate and fun girl. She certainly didn’t use drugs. I can guarantee it”, says the psychologist.
He understands that by publicizing this, it shows how sexist and perverse society is.
Uncle is angry. He says that Ana Luiza was a rebellious girl, who defied his and her father’s decisions, but who did nothing wrong.
“Now instead of staying at home playing with her little sister, she is there, lying in the coffin. And what’s more, society is without protection. The other day they killed a policeman. Now this. What to see if justice is done”, he says.
The body spent the afternoon and part of the night on Tuesday at the Legal Medical Institute (IML). The tests will be able to demonstrate whether the girl was the victim of rape.
