A preliminary investigation into sexual assault and violence at the Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) was opened on Thursday 28 December by the Bayonne Prosecutor’s Office, France Bleu Pays Basque has learned. No complaint was filed, the Prosecutor’s Office took matters into its own hands.
