A meeting was held this morning in the Cabinet Office to discuss the implementation of staffing for educational institutions and supervisors, in the presence of the Ministers of Civil Service, Education, and State for Cabinet Affairs, the Director of the Follow-up Department of the Cabinet, and a number of department directors in the Ministries of Education and Civil Service.
The meeting witnessed a review of the measures taken to complete the procedures for placing staff within educational institutions according to the model prepared by the Ministry, as well as placing workers in supervisors, and the difficulties facing completing the work on the scheduled date.
Al-Magarif confirmed that the Prime Minister directed the Ministry to organize and classify workers in the sector, as they represent more than 26% of the state’s administrative apparatus, and to determine the numbers of administrative and educational cadres working in the sector with the aim of distinguishing them and raising their efficiency, in order to improve the organizational process and re-use non-educational and unqualified specializations in other institutions in the state. .
Al-Abed also confirmed during the meeting that the ministry’s plan in its first quarter is based on organizing the education sector and housing all workers, from schools to superintendents to the bodies and departments affiliated with the ministry to determine the sector’s realistic need.
It was agreed on the necessity of starting procedural steps that contribute to organizing this important sector and raising the performance of the Ministry’s General Reserve Department and its offices in the municipalities in order to classify its members in terms of their specializations and ages and the possibility of benefiting from them by raising their efficiency or reassigning them.
