LONDON Research has just discovered that the world will soon experience an apocalyptic weather event, which will ultimately lead to the end of the world.

The series of catastrophic events is likely to begin any time in the next 6,000 years, the study said.

A team of researchers from the Technical University of Munich and the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research has analyzed and predicted that the Atlantic Meridian Overturning Circulation (AMOC) is likely to collapse in the next decade and a half, which will trigger a catastrophic cycle of climate conditions.

Such a collapse would likely redefine our planet’s weather and climate patterns and have far-reaching consequences for ecosystems and human societies.

This system sends warm surface water from the Southern Hemisphere into the cold North Atlantic. The saltier, colder water moves down the ocean floor and flows south.

“Our study is both a warning and a cautionary tale. There are things we still can’t predict, and we need to invest in better data and a deeper understanding of the systems in question. The stakes are too high to rely on uncertain predictions,” said lead author Maya Ben-Yami, as reported by Wion News.

This system prevents overheating in the Southern Hemisphere and stops the Northern Hemisphere from freezing but also distributes life-giving nutrients throughout the marine ecosystem.

According to climate scientists, the AMOC will weaken due to melting ice and increasing greenhouse gases. According to previous predictions from historical data, the collapse is likely to occur between 2025 and 2095.

However, according to a new study, due to too much uncertainty, such predictions are unreliable.
