Publika.az reports that these words were said by deputy Vugar Bayramov. He noted that closer support of families with many children is commendable:

In addition, it is appropriate to revise and change the number of families with many children. According to the information of the State Statistics Committee, 2 million 293 thousand families were registered in the last census. 1 million 347 thousand families have children under 18 years old. In terms of number, families with 2 children prevail: 557 thousand families. The number of families with 6 or more children is 16 thousand 169. 9,332 families have six children, 3,565 families have seven, 1,748 families have eight, and 1,524 families have nine or more children. As you can see, the number of families with 6 or more children is much smaller than the total number of families in the country.
According to the deputy, in this regard, if the allowance is given to families with more than 3 children and the retirement age is reduced, it can cover more families. Currently, 110,000 families have 4 or more children:
“This means that if there is a new approach to the concept of a large family, 110,000 families can benefit from this type of allowance. From this point of view, it would be appropriate to calculate the financial burden of granting an allowance to families with more than 3 children and making a concession at the retirement age and make a decision accordingly. “.
