The Appellate Division Chamber Judge Court suspended the High Court’s injunction order against Dipzal from performing the duties of the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Film Artists Association. As a result, Khal actor Manowar Hossain Dipzal was not prevented from performing his duties as the general secretary of the association.
Monday (May 27) Appellate Division Justice M. Chamber Judge Inayetur Rahim gave this order.

Meanwhile, after learning about the matter, Dipzal gave a happy post on Facebook. In it he wrote, ‘Alhamdulillah, God’s help in establishing the truth is eternal.’
Misha Saudagar, the president of Shilpi Samiti, wrote in the comment of Dipzal’s post, “Alhamdulillah, truth will prevail, insha’Allah.”
Earlier, on May 20, the High Court bench of Justice Naima Haider and Justice Kazi Zeenat Haque ordered that Deepjol, who won the post of secretary in the Shilpi Samiti elections, cannot sit on his post. At the same time, the High Court ordered to investigate the complaint of the defeated general secretary candidate Nipun Akhter.
Advocate Palash Chandra Roy Shilpi filed a writ petition on behalf of Nipun on May 15. In the writ, alleging irregularities and rigging in the election, the committee was formed to investigate the incident, as well as seeking a ban on the announcement of the new election schedule and the commission led by Misha-Dipzol.
