The Cabinet of Ministers approved the “Amount of vehicle disposal fee” and “Amount of discount and amount of one-time payment applied for a vehicle given for disposal”.
Publika.az reports that Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision in this regard.
Disposal fees specified in Part 2 of Appendix No. 1 to this Decision for tractors, as well as mechanical vehicles used in forestry and agriculture, the list of which is determined by the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated August 14, 2008, from February 1 to 2, 2024 50% is applied for the year.
Parts 1 and 3 of this Decision shall enter into force on February 1, 2024, and Part 2 on September 1, 2024.
This Decision can be amended in accordance with the “Regulation on the procedure for preparing, agreeing, adopting and publishing drafts of normative legal acts of executive authorities” approved by the Decree of the President of the country dated October 6, 2023 No. 2328.
