It should be recalled that, according to the order of President Ilham Aliyev, Azerbaijan supported the construction of a new neighborhood in Kahramanmaraş province, which was damaged by the devastating earthquake that occurred in Turkey on February 6, 2023. In accordance with the intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement signed in Nakhchivan on September 25 of last year, the total cost of 100 million US dollars was allocated by the government of Azerbaijan for the implementation of the project.
