Alejandra Orozco and Emiliano Hernández were named flag bearers of Mexico

The diver Alejandra Orozco and the pentathlete Emiliano Hernandez were named as the flag bearers of the Mexican delegation who will participate in the Olympic Games of Paris 2024.

During the presentation of the new uniforms of the delegation, María José Alcalá, president of the Mexican Olympic Committee (COM), made the announcement of both athletes

For its part, Emiliano Hernandez expressed that “When I found out, my legs shook with emotion, I dreamed of it, now to represent Mexico with dignity at the inauguration. We are going with everything to Paris”.

While Orozco (10 meter platform) stated that “I have mixed feelings, happy, we are all golden athletes because of the dedication, years, such a long road and sacrifice, investment, you surround yourself with people you trust, but at the mere moment it is a dive, an arrow, a routine that defines your life, I am ready. It is an honor for me”.
