Al-Saqqat presents selections in Tangier

On August 9, a retrospective exhibition of the visual artist Nawal Al-Saqqat will be opened at the Tangier Palace of Arts and Culture, under the title “Artistic Selections: A Journey Through Time and Imagination.”

A press release from the organizers indicated that this exceptional exhibition, which is supervised by the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication – Culture Sector, highlights 30 years of artistic expression by the visual artist who lives abroad.

Known for her depth and ability to merge past and present, Nawal Al Sakkat’s works will be displayed in a reference location to celebrate artistic transition and heritage.

This exhibition, which will be held over two months, is a prominent cultural opportunity to delve into the rich and exciting world of this exceptional visual artist with unique artistic visions.

Nawal Al-Saqqat, a graduate of the Technical School of Fine Arts in Casablanca in 1994, has developed her passion for drawing and fine art since 1993, making her artistic self-expression a vital necessity.

This talented artist has participated in numerous group and solo exhibitions, and her works are included in private and public collections in Morocco, France, Spain and Canada.
