The Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Health, launched a joint awareness campaign entitled “Ramadan with a Healthy Body,” to introduce the most important health and sports topics during the fasting period, based on the keenness to promote health awareness and physical fitness during the holy month of Ramadan.
The campaign includes a group of awareness videos that will be shown on social media platforms, covering various topics related to health and sports during fasting, and providing valuable advice and guidance to individuals on how to maintain their health and practice physical activity in the correct ways during the Holy Month.
In this regard; Professor Nani Muhammad Butti, Director General of Planning and Resources at the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, confirmed that the campaign aims to provide reliable sources and accurate information to the public about the importance of health and sports during the fasting period, as it includes interesting and easy-to-understand awareness content, targeting all segments of society and encouraging them to follow… A healthy and active lifestyle during the blessed month.
For her part, Dr. Wafa Al-Sharbati, Director of the Health Promotion Department at the Ministry of Health, explained that this joint campaign is an important step in promoting health and sports awareness during the holy month of Ramadan, and helps individuals make the right decisions regarding their health and physical activity, expressing her aspiration through joint cooperation with the Council. The highest level of youth and sports, by achieving a positive and sustainable impact on the health and physical fitness of youth in society during the month of Ramadan and beyond, to become a lifestyle.
