The Lebanese Forces Party said that the investigation into the murder of party leader Pascal Suleiman must be clear, transparent, public, frank, and accurate in its facts and merits, indicating that until the results of this investigation are issued, the party will consider the crime a “political assassination.”
The party said in a statement: In all cases, what must be emphasized, emphasized, focused and highlighted is that what led to this assassination operation, regardless of its background, are fundamental and fundamental factors:
The first factor is the presence of Hezbollah in the form it exists under the pretext of so-called resistance or other pretexts. This illegal presence of the party has led to the disruption of the role of the state and the effectiveness of this role, which has paved the way for gun gangs and armed chaos. The main problem, then, lies in Hezbollah’s island that generates chaos, and unless the situation of this island is addressed, it is in vain to seek to control the islands of chaos. These gangs exist, but they feed from the absence of the state.
The second factor is represented by the loose border that Hezbollah turned into a strategic line between Tehran and Beirut under the title of unity of the squares, so it abolished the borders. Unless the illegal crossings are closed and the legal crossings are controlled, these borders will remain a crossing for political and criminal crime and the smuggling of drugs and contraband, and therefore whoever keeps the borders loose and “Foolish” is responsible for crimes committed either directly or indirectly.
The third factor is the “castration” of the state’s judicial, security, military, and other departments by preventing them from working in certain areas, on certain issues, or in any matter related to any person belonging to the axis of resistance.
The media department confirms that it is awaiting the end of the investigation and as soon as possible to build on its merits, but at the same time it calls on the Lebanese to continue the struggle in an effort to end the causes of assassinations and crimes of all kinds, which is impossible to achieve except by crossing over to the actual state in which it alone extends its sovereignty over all matters. Its lands, which alone have exclusive control over weapons, are not forbidden from entering any area they want, nor investigating any matter they want.
The Phalange Party also reported: In response to the words of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, against the backdrop of the kidnapping and murder of comrade Pascal Suleiman, and to correct allegations that seek to divert attention from the truth, former MP Elie Kayrouz made the following remarks:
First: The crime of kidnapping and killing Pascal Suleiman is a political crime and cannot be obscured by exaggeration from here and fabrication of scenarios from there.
Second: The Lebanese Forces, in the person of the party leader, adopted a conservative stance from the first moment of the crime and were keen to call for caution and restraint, and to avoid the logic of being light or hasty in issuing prejudices or political judgments.
Third: However, the contradictory security narrative with all its episodes surrounding the kidnapping process, up to the discovery of the body of the martyr Pascal, was not convincing because it linked the crime to the theft of the car. This novel, in all its branches, raised additional questions and strengthened the conviction that the crime was not just a simple robbery that could go unnoticed, which reminds us of previous crimes and methods. Only revealing the clear truth allows all doubts to be dispelled, after the Lebanese experience has taught the Lebanese that there is a high ability to uncover the circumstances of every crime that Hezbollah is not behind.
Fourth: Returning to the events of Ain al-Rummaneh in the Secretary-General’s speech brings back to the minds of the Lebanese that heavily armed demonstration that intentionally and intentionally deviated from its normal course to spill into the streets of Ain al-Rummaneh with all the provocative slogans and chants and denunciations.
Fifth: The continued incitement, this time against the Lebanese Forces and the Lebanese Phalange, is a blatant and repulsive transgression.
The statement said, “Addressing Christians should not be done with the finger raised to the Secretary-General, who appeared tense in his body language and out of his usual calm.”
The Phalange Party concluded its statement by saying, “Christians and Lebanese are asking today: Where is Hezbollah taking Lebanon, the Lebanese, and the Lebanese government? The majority of the Lebanese have now rejected Hezbollah’s subordination to the Islamic Republic of Iran and all its absurd wars, which are far removed from Lebanon, the state, the entity, the republic, the constitution, coexistence, and partnership.”
