Dr. Mubarak Najm is the founder and conductor of the Bahrain Philharmonic Orchestra, and the conductor of the Police Band and holds the rank of Major General. He is one of the pioneers of music and composition in the Arab world, especially Arab orchestral music, popular and military music, and has many distinguished contributions and participations in local and international musical circles. He also made significant contributions to the establishment of a number of cultural associations in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has a number of artistic publications, and holds a number of medals and medals.
