The factory, by receiving the amount from one of the customers via bank transfer, where the accused’s agent argued that the money was not entered into the accused’s account and he did not receive it, and she attached in her written pleading her client’s bank statement to prove that he did not receive the embezzled amount.

The lawyer stated that she submitted to the court a defense memorandum in which she confirmed that her client did not embezzle the amount and attached his bank account statement. The court found, through the scanned copy of the bank transfer submitted in the lawsuit papers, that the name of the beneficiary did not match the name of the holder of the international account number to whom the amount was sent, in addition to the presence of a response from The bank rejected that transaction because the name did not match, in addition to the fact that no bank transfer had been received on the accused’s account, which created doubt in the conscience of the court, and thus a ruling was issued acquitting the accused of the accusation against him.
