The Bahrain Garden Club held a ceremony to honor the winners of the 58th edition of the annual flower and vegetable competition, in the presence of Sheikha Maram bint Isa Al Khalifa, Secretary-General of the National Initiative for the Development of the Agricultural Sector, Ms. Ukai Asako, Ambassador of Japan, Ms. Linda McMullen, Media and Cultural Attaché at the American Embassy, and Mr. Nasser Al-Arrayed, President Bahrain-Japanese Friendship Society, Mr. Abdul Rahim Haji, Director of Business Development Department at Riffa Views Company, members of the club’s Board of Directors and the winners.

It is fifty years since the Bahrain Garden Club began cooperating with the Ministry of Education to participate in all public and private schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the annual flower and vegetable competition.
