Al-Janahi pointed out that the “Benefit B” experience, thanks to cooperation with all partners, has today become an example to be emulated in the region, and evidence of the extent of development that the Kingdom of Bahrain has reached in providing advanced banking services, pointing out that there is interest from several parties outside Bahrain to benefit from The Benefit Pay experience and its transfer to countries in the region.
Al-Janahi said, “We receive calls from institutions in the region requesting information about our experience in facilitating financial transactions and transfers in the Kingdom through Benefit Pay. They would like to benefit from this experience. I think it may be a good opportunity and a starting point to provide our expertise and services outside Bahrain.”
Al Janahi confirmed that there are a number of initiatives to export Benefit services outside Bahrain.
Al-Janahi explained that “Benefit” is constantly working to add new features to its digital portfolio, which aims to enhance the user experience, noting in this context that the company is preparing to add the facial fingerprint recognition feature to the “Benefit Pay” application, and work is underway to launch the new update.
