Today, the Government Tenders and Auctions Board opened bids for a land investment project using the BOT system to establish a kindergarten in the Ramli area.
The Housing Bank put up land in the Ramli area for bidding under the Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) system to develop it into a kindergarten. The land area allocated for the project is 1,992 square metres.
The auction received three bids from Zahr al-Yasmeen Kindergarten, worth 198,000 dinars, the Child Will Specialized Rehabilitation Center, worth 223,305 dinars, and Faisal Sharaf Construction, with a bid worth 209,750 dinars.
The lease period for the project extends to 25 years, starting immediately upon signing the lease agreement, provided that the entire project is recovered in a usable condition at the end of the lease period.
Any bidder is required to not have a default on payments with the previous owners, as he will be excluded from the bidding.
Bids are subject to technical and financial evaluation, and the tender will be awarded to the bidder with the best and most appropriate conditions
