On August 28, 2022, the model was checked by a police patrol in Prague 6 not far from her residence. Policemen Hanychová they stopped because she did not signal to change direction when exiting the roundabout. Subsequently, Agáta submitted to an examination to see if she was under the influence of alcohol. Even though the model tried to hide the entire offense, Expres.cz discovered that Hanychová’s driver’s license was revoked for half a year for drunk driving.
0.81 per thousand
She breathed in, even during the control test. “The first breath test revealed a value of 0.81 per mille of alcohol in the breath. A second test performed by the same analyzer showed a breath alcohol level of 0.76 per mille,” mentions a legal document available to the Blesk editorial office.
At the same time, Hanychová admitted to Bleska that she was newly pregnant with the director of TV Barrandov, Jaromír Soukup (54). And Blesk complied.
Excuses and obfuscation
“It was assessed as police misconduct. They had a faulty machine, so I immediately went for a blood test and it was zero. I was not at the meeting, I was represented by a lawyer. There was also an investigative report from it, it was complicated to deal with,” said Hanychová for Expres.cz. However, when Agáta was asked if she would provide them with evidence that it was a mistake by the police, the model responded by saying: “All the documents are in the possession of the lawyer who represented me in this case at the time.” However, according to the documents, nothing of the sort was recognized and Hanychová agreed to the offense!
Soukup held her
Blesk therefore contacted Agáta’s former partner, Jaromír Soukup, asking if he remembered that Hanychová had a blood test. And he confirmed it! “Yes, I took her there, I remember we went there late in the evening and Mrs. Hanychová had a check-up done. Don’t be angry, but I won’t comment on it any further,” answered Soukup, who, despite the ongoing disputes and the court, was probably trying to help his former partner.
But he didn’t realize that he only confirmed that Hanychová went to the check-up several hours after she took a breath, which according to the document was at 5:52 p.m. However, she had her blood drawn just before midnight, six hours later!
