This advance ticket sale started yesterday at Roots Cineclub cinema hall in Sirajganj district. Samina Islam, chairman of the multiplex, told the news in the media.
He said, “We have started selling tickets for the first 7 days, including Eid, from Monday morning. I got a good response on the first day. Many people have bought tickets directly on the first day. Or booking ‘Rajkumar’ online through mobile banking. Ever since we announced the release of the movie, we have been getting a good response through Facebook as well.”
Produced by Arshad Adnan, ‘Rajkumar’ is directed by ‘Priyatma’ fame maker Himel Ashraf. In his words, “From Cineplex to single screen – all the hall owners in the country want to take ‘Rajkumar’. The movie revolves around family relationships and the story of a young dreamer who moves from Bangladesh to the United States. American actress Courtney Coffey is Shakib’s heroine in it. There are also Erfan Mridha Shiblu, Doctor Ejaz, Anwar, Ahmed Sharif and others.
