The North’s elected official says he sees “a desire to destroy those who oppose the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians.”

“These brutal and dishonest attacks aim to delegitimize all those who oppose Israeli policies.” In a press release published on Wednesday X 3 January, LFI MP David Guiraud states that his “a private home was targeted by serious malicious acts”, “a few hours ago”. The parliamentarian is accused of anti-Semitism after publishing an image from the Japanese animated series on X (formerly Twitter). One Piece, referring to the “celestial dragons”, characters whose name and image have been used for anti-Semitic purposes on social networks. The congressman finally deleted his January 1 tweet, in the face of controversy, so as not to “hit”and denies having intended to make an anti-Semitic reference.
“Unfortunately, I have been used to defamation, insults and manipulation for years due to my political commitment”writes the elected official from the North. “For several months I have observed the desire to destroy those who oppose the ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians”He adds.
