Abstention of the country’s lawyers on 17/6 for tax matters

the Bar Associations of the country on Monday, June 17, reacting to the tax law.

In particular, the Coordinating Committee of the Plenary Session of the Presidents of the Bar Associations of Greece, which met today 11-6-2024, decided to propose to the Bar Associations of the country a gathering outside the Council of State on Monday 17 June 2024 at 12.00 along with the other professional and scientific bodies.

At the same time, they are calling for a total abstinence of their members on the same day, when they will submit to the Council of State Annulment Petitions against Law 5073/2023, which instituted presumptive taxable income for freelancers and scientists.
