The accident just happened early this morning (February 19), on route 200 passing through Nhan Ly village, Nguyen Trai commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen province.

A traffic participant on the route said: While they were going to work by motorbike, they saw a motorbike with license plate 89H2 – 022.xx going in front in the same direction. After walking a short distance, I suddenly heard a loud noise and saw the victim lying motionless on the ground. The front of the motorbike was broken. A short distance away, the car with license plate 89A – 276.8x was lying in the field with its front damaged.
The driver and people nearby stopped the car to try to help the victim, but the victim died on the spot. Next to the car, people also found a bag of job applications.
Through information in the file, it was determined that the victim was born in 1991, residing in An Lac village, Duc Thang commune, Tien Lu, Hung Yen.
Currently, the Hung Yen police investigation agency is examining the scene to clarify the cause of the accident.
