A truck with a Hanoi registration number plate touring at the Noi Bai – Lao Cai freeway (passing thru Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province) unexpectedly stuck hearth.
The incident came about round 1:35 p.m. on November 30. Right now, Mr. VVT (57 years previous, living in Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi) used to be riding truck BKS 29H- 290.XX, circulating within the route of Hanoi – Lao Cai. Arriving at Km 96 + 400 (in Bang Gia commune, Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province), the motive force came upon that the automobile used to be on hearth. The motive force briefly parked the automobile within the emergency prevent lane and known as the government.
