It was reported that, as an official of Aliyev Ali Israyil oglu, who served as the accountant of the military unit No. N of the Ministry of Defense, in the case of a group of persons who repeatedly conspired in advance, for any action (inaction) related to the performance of official duties, he and third parties will be directly and personally fined a large amount since there are reasonable suspicions that he asked for and received bribes, he was charged with Articles 311.3.1, 311.3.2 and 311.3.3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and according to the decision of the Baku military court, he was placed under preventive detention.
“Currently, the investigation is being continued at the Military Prosecutor’s Office, and in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, a comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of all cases will be provided, as well as a legal evaluation of each fact and act,” the information stated.
