Beneficial bacteria formed as a result of fermentation in the production of yogurt restores the intestinal microflora, accelerates the bowels and allows them to be excreted as a result of absorbing toxic substances formed in the large intestine.

According to the expert, yogurt also reduces blood sugar, prevents diabetes, protects the heart, nourishes it and decommunizes cancer.
So, although the relationship between the intake of yogurt and the formation of cancer cells is not fully clarified, research shows that the risk of breast and uterine cancer can be reduced with regular consumption of yogurt.
The nutritionist also gave a recipe for a mixture that strengthens the body and cleanses the internal organs, especially the liver, during the hot summer months.
Based on this mixture, add 1 teaspoon of sumac, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of mint, 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon of flax seeds, 1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs, 6 almonds, 1 chopped cucumber and 1 teaspoon of olive oil are added. This mixture, which you can use several times a week, cleans internal organs, has a positive effect on muscle and bone health, and strengthens immunity.
