Imad Barqad, Director of the Moroccan Company for Tourism Engineering, and Yassin Al-Sorour, President and General Manager of the “Aamal” Group (Arabia for Economics and Business), signed a partnership agreement, on the sidelines of the “Annual Investment Meeting” held in Abu Dhabi from 7 to 9 May this year.
This partnership falls within the framework of “the promotion and attraction efforts that the Moroccan Company for Tourism Engineering has been making in order to stimulate investment and mobilize private investors in the tourism sector, with the aim of developing a ‘blended tourism product’ in Morocco that is in line with the directions of the tourism road map 2023-2026, which aims to improve… “Morocco will be ranked among the most attractive destinations in the world and enhance its international exposure as a country that will host the 2030 World Cup.”
It is noteworthy that the “Aamal” group is active in many economic fields in the Middle East. Such as technology, real estate, energy, industry, etc. The group seeks to expand and diversify its activities to develop tourism facilities in various regions of Morocco, especially in Fez and Rabat.
The group aspires to develop the “Lake” concept to develop entertainment, leisure and hotel offers and parks, as the projects that will be developed by the “Aamal” group will work to “enrich the current tourist attraction offer in Morocco and provide diverse and attractive immersive experiences.”
