Most of the members of this formation were working as shepherds on these farms and knew the entrances and exits of these farms well. .

Immediately, the head of the Benina Police Station, Colonel Moataz Al-Aqouri, issued his instructions to search, investigate, and arrest the members of the formation. The members of the investigations went out to investigate and collect information about the whereabouts of this formation. Through their evidence, they confessed to several thefts of sheep from several farms in the areas of Bouhadi, Al-Fayd, and Sidi Faraj, and some other farms within the jurisdiction of the Benina Police Station. They also reported that these sheep were sold to one of the butchers in the area, where he was summoned to the center and a group of sheep were seized from him.
