The debate, which was opened by Moaz Al -Jamii, and the governor of Fez Meknes, also recommended a shift in the approach to dealing with sports fans; By moving to a societal partnership based on confidence, dialogue, framework and services, and working to involve the representatives of the “Ultras”, the associations of fans and civil society in the local committees related to sports organization.
It also called for preparing training programs for fans and members of the “Ultras” ties that address the legal, historical and cultural aspects of Moroccan football, and contribute to the consolidation of collective awareness based on responsibility, discipline and pride in national identity, as well as supporting governance and democracy within the associations of fans, while enabling it to the necessary means to carry out its theoretical, social, cultural and human roles.
This debate also recommended improving the structure of the reception in the stadiums by creating appropriate spaces that respect safety and comfort standards, allocating facilities for families and ensuring field parity between the parties, adopting equity standards in a way that guarantees the dignity of the fan, and establishing awareness and educational programs for the benefit of the masses, including legal, human rights and educational axes, implemented within educational institutions and the role of youth and cultural spaces.
In its recommendations, the same debate stressed the importance of investing in technology and digitization; By developing digital applications to facilitate the acquisition of tickets and monitor access, the use of artificial intelligence to analyze the behavior of the masses and the expectation of transgressions, and the use of smart cameras to ensure the safety of sports facilities, accompanying and accompanying facilities.
She also stressed the necessity of qualifying the frameworks in charge of organization and security inside the stadiums by organizing training courses for private security personnel and organization agents, and training them in effective communication skills, rescue and responding to emergency situations, while making sure to wear a uniform that is easy Positive encouragement and sports security.
Moreover, the aforementioned debate called for the valuation of successful international experiences by benefiting from the German and English models in the field of framing the masses and organizing footballing, and enhancing cooperation with the competent international organizations, enabling higher education institutions and sports institutes to play an active role in training and framing, as well as adopting a gender approach in creating stadium spaces, in a way that takes into account the presence of women and the family and provides the necessary conditions To ensure their peace and integration into the sports space.
