The first section of the book dealt with, “The first theory that appeared in the field of learning was the behavioral theory, which is concerned with studying the external behavior of humans through the conditioning relationship (stimulus/response), followed by the cognitive theory, which is concerned with studying methods of thinking and memory, after which the constructivist theory came to reveal methods for constructing learning.” Then came the socio-constructivist theory, which discovered that society has an essential role in constructing learning. At the same time, the Gestalt theory appeared in Germany, which is concerned with studying the whole instead of the part. Then, finally, the theory of multiple intelligences appeared to reveal the types of intelligences that individuals possess.
The second section of the book dealt with “educational pedagogy, which is considered a set of means, methods, and classroom and classroom practices that aim to organize and direct the teaching and learning process.” These pedagogies seek to achieve predetermined educational goals, through educational curricula and directives approved by the educational system. Such as developing knowledge, skills and concepts among learners, improving their critical thinking abilities and creative solution to the problems presented, and enhancing their motivation to learn.”
