President Nayib Bukele, together with First Lady Gabriela de Bukele and her daughters, shared a Christmas message addressed to Salvadoran families, highlighting the importance of faith, gratitude and shared moments during the year that is ending.
In his message, the president expressed that Christmas is a time to thank God for the year lived, both for the good days and the difficult ones, as well as for the goals achieved.
He also invited us to give thanks for family, friends, the people who accompany the journey and the moments shared throughout the year.
For her part, First Lady Gabriela de Bukele highlighted that during this time more families and people have been seen going out to parks, squares and streets, sharing spaces and experiences that were not experienced in the same way before. He noted that Christmas allows us to value these positive changes, characterized by more time together, more shared spaces and greater joy in daily life, remembering what really matters.
The daughters of the presidential couple also joined the message, wishing a Merry Christmas to all the children of El Salvador and asking for blessings, strength and guidance for each family in the country.
The message concluded with a greeting from the presidential family to all Salvadorans, wishing them a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, full of peace, blessings and new opportunities.
