The iconic punk rock band Green Day confirmed his return to Peru with a single concert on August 27 at the San Marcos Stadium. The announcement has generated a wave of enthusiasm among his followers, who have been waiting for his return for more than a year. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster.
The exclusive pre-sale for BBVA customers will begin on Wednesday, May 21 at 10 am, with a 25% discount. The general sale will begin on Friday, May 23 at the same time. Pre-sale prices will range between S/145 and S/355.
Green Day, made up of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt and Tré Cool, is considered one of the most influential groups in contemporary rock. With more than 75 million records sold, five Grammy Awards and his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015, his musical legacy is unquestionable. Just a few weeks ago, the band was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, reaffirming its validity and global impact.
