“No doubt it would help. The later kick-off means the heat and humidity will be reduced a bit. I haven’t been asked for my opinion on the kick-off time, but they’ve probably consulted some managers or people at the clubs. I’m sure there’s been some feedback. It’s very difficult to play in this heat, especially for players like us playing in England. We’ve never played in these conditions before.

As soon as you leave the hotel, you feel the heat. It is difficult to play in such conditions, and the quality of the pitches was not that high, which made it a bit difficult. But I hope that everything will be better before the start of the world championship”, said the 25-year-old.
