Were you expecting an apology from Bendigo? The singer talks about a stray letter from the police

Jan Bendig did what is unheard of in our region. He faked an attack on the Czech Nightingale awards ceremony when one of the guests dumped a bag of flour on him. A marketing move that attracted the singer’s new book, a concert at the O2 Universum and made many people even more sympathetic to Honzo as embroidered.

However, the upheaval is everything that happened afterwards. It started to be said that the attack was carried out in a racist manner, which caused uproar and tension in the Roma community. The singer began to express himself about the case, felt sorry, finally contacted the attacker and movedly forgave him in front of the whole nation. If he had kept quiet about the whole case, he would probably have gotten away with far less shame than he does now.

As a result, the police were also involved in the investigation of the attack, which closed the case with the fact that it was a pre-arranged action. Instead of apologizing, however, Honza is still standing by his side. This is also proven by the statement he shared on social networks. In it, he practically only said that he would not comment until he received an official statement from the police.

“I know that many of you are waiting for a statement on the case, which you certainly he can’t escape. Don’t worry, I’m not a dead bug and I don’t want to be. I’ve always been open with you and it will be the same this time as well. Life is not only about pleasant moments, but also about those in which you are not quite happy. But it is necessary to face them head on,” reported by Jan Bendig.

“Unfortunately, I still haven’t received a statement from the police, even though they said they already sent it by post. Even today, after several days, it did not arrive in the mailbox. They say it may take a few more years. You’re probably wondering why I’m waiting for that statement. Because I want to wrap it up and not make a few more comments about it. As soon as I have it, I will write you something about it. Whatever your opinion is and mine is on this case, I am sorry for how it got inflated and what is happening now. Thank you to everyone who is still standing by me” added the singer.

It’s a shame, Bendig is one of the most talented Czech artists, he makes incredible shows, he has revolutionary ideas. The flour case will certainly not discredit him, even though part of the public and colleagues have already given up on him, but it will not benefit him twice.

The whole idea could have been handled much better if he had a “world” team around him to advise him on how to behave in the event that the truth about the flour was revealed.
