Hassan Al -Saadi, with his colleague, Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fishing, Rural Development, Water and Forests, Ahmed Al -Bouari, signed two frameworks. The first aims to “enable traditional makers to direct access to raw materials of animal, plant or forestry origin at appropriate prices, and organized catering paths to ensure their quality.”
This will be done, according to the declared data during the signing ceremony, by “valuing forest, vegetable and animal resources, such as junior wood, takaat, mimosa, dom, mud, cane, wool, and skin, while making sure to exploit them rationally that guarantees sustainable development.”
As for the second agreement, it aims to “set a framework for cooperation and partnership between the state’s writing and the Ministry of Agriculture, in order to enhance the contribution of the active social and solidarity organizations in the areas of agriculture, marine fishing and forests in economic and social development, whether with regard to raising updated jobs or developing their contribution to the raw national product.”
Inclusion and export
The Secretary of State in the traditional industry and the Minister of Economic Integration, Small Contracting, Employment and Competencies, Yunus Skouri, signed a framework agreement related to the inclusion of the social and solidarity economy in vocational training programs and promoting the promotion of the contracting model of the sector. “
On the other hand, in order to “enhance the role of social and solidarity economy in socio-economic integration for women and support for women’s social and solidarity organizations, and those that work in the field of economic empowerment of women”, Al-Saadi and Naima Ibn Yahya, Minister of Solidarity and Social Integration, signed a framework agreement in this regard.
The sixth agreement, under the attention of Prime Minister Aziz Akhenouch, was signed between the state’s writing in the traditional industry, in a person of Hassan Al -Saadi, and the delegated ministry in charge of relations with parliament and the official spokesman for the government, represented by Mustafa Baitas, and aims to “set a framework for partnership and cooperation between the state’s writing and the ministry, in order to develop projects and coordinate the implementation of programs to keep pace with and support the operating associations, and develop their developmental role By providing a continent job positions, ensuring its sustainability and improving its return.

Protecting rights
An agreement was signed between the state’s writing in charge of the traditional industry, social and solidarity economy, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Al -Sanea House and the Moroccan Office for Industrial and Commercial Property, aims to “protect industrial property rights for traditional makers and manufacturers through their support to register their trademarks, drawings and industrial models, in addition to activating the approved legal mechanisms, whether at the national or international level in the field of protecting industrial and commercial property And intellectual. ”
Al -Saadi also signed with the state writer in charge of marine fishing, Zakia Al -Dariush, an agreement “to develop projects and coordinate the implementation of programs to keep pace with and support active cooperatives in the field of marine fishing and marine water biology, and develop their developmental role by providing new jobs and improving their economic and social return, and promoting social and economic integration of fragile groups, especially women and youth in the rural and coastal center, through Social and solidarity economy. ”
Another agreement was signed between the state’s writing in charge of social integration, in the person of Abdul Jabbar Al-Rashidi, and the state’s writing in the traditional industry, “with the aim of enhancing the role of social and solidarity economy in socio-economic integration for people in a disability and support for social and solidarity organizations that are active in providing services to people and social assistance to the elderly and people in a disability position.”
Financing and patents

An agreement was signed between the state’s writing in charge of the traditional industry, the social and solidarity economy and the Al -Tawfiq Foundation for Small Loans, to determine the conditions and forms of cooperation and partnership, among its goals “providing the necessary keeping with the creation and sustainability of income -generating activities and very small and small enterprises and facilitating its access to funding.”
