Greece was once vindicated after the verdict at Ecu degree to cancel the business title “Turkaegean” that Turkey had submitted for registration from 2021. Following coordinated movements by means of the Ministry of Building and the Business Assets Group (OBI), with a call by means of the Highbrow Assets Administrative center of the EU (C58927, 10/01/25) the Ecu Business Mark ‘Turkaegean’ is cancelled. In 2021, the Turkish Tourism Promotion and Building Company (TGA) registered the trademark “Turkaegean” with the EU Highbrow Assets Administrative center. In February 2023, all the way through the ministry of Adonis Georgiadis, a cancellation request was once filed by means of the Hellenic Republic, with the case treated by means of the Business Assets Group for the infringement of the Turkish group’s trademark. The results of those movements is as of late’s resolution, which is a vindication of the Greek positions.
