Afshin Emre Kayipmaz, a Turkish doctor, said that the use of systems by infected patients can cause allergies.
Publika.az reports that Etlik City Hospital Deputy Chief Physician Assoc. Dr. Afshin Emre Kayipmaz explained that respiratory tract infections increase as the weather gets colder:
“However, the vast majority of it consists of outpatients. In particular, requests for emergency assistance have reached a peak. Currently, the number of applications has decreased relatively and the situation is stable. Periodic ups and downs in respiratory tract infections are extremely normal.”
Kayipmaz emphasized that it is necessary to avoid the use of antibiotics without a doctor’s recommendation.
“Patients come to the emergency room for antipyretic systems, even asking for the addition of various vitamins to these systems. However, the system is a liquid that we can call salt water and it has no effect in the treatment of diseases. Pain relievers and antipyretics that can be taken at home also serve this purpose. Taking these drugs can cause a serious allergic reaction.”
He said that a balanced diet, plenty of water consumption and regular sleep are important to prevent diseases.
