At about 6:00 p.m. on January 7, 2024, T. took the tram and Nguyen Cong Q. Truong Van Q. drove each other by motorbike to La Huan Village Cultural House and after hiding, all three climbed the fence from the direction of the toilet area. Enter the school, go to the 2nd floor (where the computer room is), use an iron bar to break the window glass and climb in. Here, each subject opened a computer set, took it out the old way and then brought it back to Truong Van Q.’s family farm in Chau Lau village (Dien Tho commune) to hide.
After that, Tra Thanh T. brought a computer set home to Dong Duc village (Dien Tho commune) to take pictures and post them on social networks for sale. When T. just posted it online, a Facebook account named Nguyen Khoa (phone number 098213114xx) asked to buy it. Through negotiation, the two sides agreed on a price of 4.3 million VND/computer set and T. carefully packaged it and took it to Phong Thu post office to send it.
Continuing to fight, Nguyen Cong Q. Truong Van Q. confessed: while studying in 7th grade at Phan Thuc Duyen Secondary School, two subjects broke into the school, stole 2 microscopes, brought them back and hid them at his family’s livestock farm. family in Chau Lau village. Continuing, around the beginning of November 2023, Nguyen Cong Q. and Truong Van Q. broke into the practice room of Hoang Dieu High School and stole 2 microscopes. Truong Van Q.’s family in Chau Lau village hid it.
After that, T. took a photo and posted it on social networks and was asked by a Facebook account named Lai Nguyen with an address in Da Nang to buy it for 1.2 million VND/set. After the agreement was completed, T. and Nguyen Cong Q. used a motorbike to take them to Da Nang to deliver the goods. Also during the online transaction, T. discovered that many people were asking to buy computer chips and RAM bars for computers, so on the night of January 9, 2024, Nguyen Cong Q. and Truong Van Q. broke into Phan Secondary School. Thuc Duyen stole 6 RAM sticks, 7 chips and 2 cameras. The two handed over 7 computer chips to T. to sell to a person with a Facebook account named “Phung Lam Computer” in Ho Chi Minh City for 1.4 million VND.
