On September 4, law enforcement agencies received a report of the disappearance of a 44-year-old resident of the village of Kirikovo in the Pirovsky district. During search operations on September 9, the body of the missing man with signs of violent death was found in a forest 200 meters from the Galanino-Pirovskoye highway, Liter.kz reports with reference to the Telegram channel Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia.
On this fact, the Sukhobuzimsky interdistrict investigative department of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Republic of Khakassia opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Murder”. A friend of the deceased was detained on suspicion of committing this crime.
According to the preliminary version of the investigation, on September 3, 2024, two residents of the village of Kirikovo were drinking alcohol in the forest at an apiary belonging to one of them. At some point, the owner of the apiary fell asleep in the house. When he woke up, he noticed a man who was near the hives.
In the twilight, in a state of alcoholic intoxication, the beekeeper did not recognize his friend and struck him twice on the head with a log.
In the morning, the man decided to hide the traces of the crime: he burned a log, put a bag on the head of the deceased and wrapped the body in a tent. After that, he took the victim to the forest passive at 50 km of the Galanino-Pirovskoye highway.
Returning to the village, the man reported that his friend had disappeared without a trace at the apiary.
The suspect was detained, interrogated, and confessed. A preventive measure will be chosen for him in the near future.
