To be honest, I was fed up with myself. I refused intimacy with my husband, I was obnoxious, irritable. I was sad from constantly buying bigger and bigger sizes of clothes, hiding and masking my overflowing flaws, I couldn’t move properly or even play with my little daughter.

Was it not physically possible?

Yes, the fact that I couldn’t sit down properly on the ground was also a problem for me, I was just wheezing…It was very difficult to get up from the ground. I had to get on all fours to even stand up.

What about the menu at that time?

I was overeating to bursting. Why have only 150g of rice or potatoes when I can eat half a kilo. And immediately after the meal, a pinwheel, margotka, other sweets. I did exercise because I have a big dog, but what’s the point of walking a few kilometers if you don’t have a balanced diet.
