First South Korean Spy Satellite Begins Operation

JAKARTA – South Korea (South Korea) now has spy satellite military. The satellite, launched in December last year, has begun full operations after passing a combat suitability evaluation.

This domestically developed satellite has the capability to capture images from various parts of the world at any time and analyze various targets with high resolution and precision.

As reported by KBS World, Wednesday (14/8/2024), South Korea’s Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) said that the first military spy satellite under the 425 satellite development project has been declared combat worthy by the Ministry of Defense.
