Digital Desk, New Delhi. Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has announced to resign from the post of Prime Minister next month. Kishida has also announced not to contest the election for the post of President of the ruling party Liberal Democratic Party. It is clear from both these things that Kishida will resign from the post of PM as soon as the new President of LDP is elected next month. Fumiya Kishida took over as the Prime Minister of Japan in October 2021. Kishida replaced Yoshihide Suga. Elections are to be held in Japan next month in October.
