Moroccan artist Duaa Al Yahyaoui has returned to release a new song after an absence and preoccupation with the world of acting, through her official channel on the video uploading site “YouTube” and all digital music platforms.
Duaa Al Yahyaoui’s new song is titled “Badadi”, and it is written and composed jointly by her, her fellow Moroccan singer Khawla Mujahid “Jaylan” and Abdel-Ilah Araf, and co-produced by Da Vinci and Beethoven. The video clip was filmed under the direction of “Skipplin Bgood”.
A group of Moroccan celebrities participated in the video clip, which was filmed in the red city of Marrakech, headed by actor Mehdi Foulane, who played the role of Al-Yahyawi’s fiancé, actress Zahra Siddiq, and content creator and retired officer Abdelkader Al-Kharraz in the role of her parents.
In “Badadi”, Duaa Al Yahyaoui combines a balance between lyrics and musical performance, as the lyrics blend harmoniously with the melody and rhythms to create a unique listening experience that enhances the impact on the audience’s emotions and thoughts.
The song’s video clip has impressed a wide segment of social media platforms, as the graduate of “The Voice” in its Arabic version chose to highlight Moroccan identity, culture and authentic heritage in a contemporary format through which she honored the customs and traditions of ancient Moroccan weddings with modern touches.
The young artist was able to top the list of artistic productions released during the same period, thus securing a place for herself on the list of the most listened to musical works in Morocco and occupying third place, according to the latest YouTube statistics, achieving more than 700 thousand views in a short time.
