Nihal Candan: I want to be a lawyer, not an influencer anymore

Nihal Candan, who was arrested with her brother Bahar Candan on the grounds that they were members of a network that defrauded dozens of people using the carp spiral method, made important statements about her release after 6 months in prison due to health problems.

“I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I WAS RELEASED, HOW I GOT OUT”

While explaining the process of her release to CNN Turk, Candan said, “I only remember being told that you don’t need to go to your cell, you have been released. After that, I have no idea how I got into a taxi or how I got out.”

“IT WAS A PERIOD WHEN I WAS NOT CONSCIOUS”

Stating that she spent most of her day in the hospital, Candan said, “It was a period when I was not very conscious. I was being taken out in a wheelchair because I was constantly falling due to memory loss, loss of muscle mass, etc.”

“The reason for my release is not just my eating disorder.” Candan said, “At the same time, as stated in my petition, the fact that the process against the accusations has expired is also a reason.” he said.
