Sporting Cristal made Guillermo Farré official as its new coach

Sporting Cristal has officially announced the hiring of Guillermo Farré as the new coach of the first team until December 2025. The club made the announcement through its social networks, expressing its enthusiasm for the arrival of the Argentine coach, who had his last experience directing Belgrano in the first division of Argentina.

Guillermo Farré also addressed the Sporting Cristal fans with a message that quickly went viral: «Hello, celestial family. I wanted to convey to you my joy and my great pride in belonging to your beautiful institution. I send you a hug and always grateful for the love.”said the 43-year-old coach.

Farré’s career

The new light blue technician arrives to replace the Brazilian Enderson Moreira, who left office after failing to win the Apertura Tournament title. Farré, with limited experience on the bench, has previously managed only two teams. He started as assistant at Estudiantes de La Plata and in 2021 assumed command of Belgranoa team he led to promotion to the Argentine Professional League.
