Addressing a dinner in honor of the delegation of the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) in Lahore on behalf of Governor Punjab Balighur Rahman, Roger Binny said: ‘During a cricket match between India and Pakistan, the roads are deserted and every One is in front of the TV to watch cricket.’

He said that cricket is a game of love and that is why there is brotherly relationship between players and officials of all teams.

Roger Binny said that the relationship between cricket players should also be developed between cricket playing nations.

Apart from Governor Punjab Balighur Rehman and Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee Zaka Ashraf, the officials of the cricket boards of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan, players from Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh were also present in the dinner.

BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukkala while addressing the event said that cricket helps a lot in bringing common people closer.
